New to Ecstatic Dance? Move however the music moves you: dance freely, stretch, rest, or simply observe. There's no wrong way. Everyone is here for their own journey.

Observing? Watching is welcome. Keep a respectful distance and let your gaze be soft rather than fixed. Staring is discouraged so that others feel comfortable and safe.

Sweaty? Grab one of the towels available and wipe up any sweat that might get on the dance floor.

Keiki

Keiki must be under the constant watchful eye of their guardian(s) regardless of where they are dancing. This is for safety reasons for other adults and for the keiki.

Dancing with keiki needs to be quiet without rough housing, swinging, or running when inside.
